Payments can be made in Cash, Check, or PayPal. Check and PayPal payments subject to Plano tax rate of 8.25%. Cash payments will have tax covered for them.
- Emergency Service Call Available to your location for a $20 service fee.
- Appointments are scheduled M-F Noon to 7PM
- No Service Fee if time is billed on a scheduled appointment.
- Time starts billing once I leave my office to come to your location.
- Most jobs are $20 per hour rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
- Service calls might not be available in all locations. Call for details.
- No charges will be made if no work is performed, unless a service call fee is due.
My services are only broken down into categories out of simplicity, I am willing to perform any job necessary for any client.

For my commercial clients I offer my services at your place of business only. I will either schedule a time to come perform the work, or if you need an emergency service call I will do so at my next available convenience (usually same day) for a $20 service call fee.
Computer Builds – $20 per hour + parts
Computer Repair/Maintenance – $20 per hour + parts (if necessary)
Hardware Relocation – $20 per hour
Network setup/install – $20 per hour

*************** Residential Services – I.T. at Home *********
For my residential clients I offer a few means of service. I will schedule a trip to your home at a set time at no additional cost to you (as long as work is performed, otherwise there is the $20 service call fee). You can also deliver the computer you need repaired to my office (my home) for no additional service fee. Lastly I can do an emergency service call at my next available convenience (usually same day) for a $20 service call fee.
Home PC build – $20 per hour + parts
Home PC repair/maintenance – $20 per hour + parts (if necessary)
Home Network setup – $20 per hour
Home Entertainment Console setup – $20 per hour
** This can include surround sound, TV, gaming console, etc.
Email, profile setup (YouTube, Etc.) – $20 per hour
Personal Data backup – $20 per hour
**Stores personal Data on remote storage devices such as a CD.
Pretty much anything else you need – $20 per hour
